All of your electronic documents are presented in Adobe® Acrobat® format.  All you need to view/print any of our documents is a CD-ROM (or DVD) drive and the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader (included on the CD or available free from the Adobe® web site).</div> <bR> <div> <FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><B>I have a MAC (or a Unix) machine - can I still use your products?  </B></FONT>Of course, any platform that has the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader installed can use our products.  We provide a free copy of the reader for Windows® 95/98/ME/XP with every order.  For MAC (or Unix) users, you will need to obtain the appropriate version free reader software form some other source, such as the Adobe® Web page on the internet.</div> <bR> <div> <FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><B>How much space will your products take up on my system?</B></FONT>  All of our products are designed to be viewed directly from the CD-ROM.  The only thing that is "loaded" on your system is the Adobe® Acrobat® Reader, something which you may already have on your system.</div> <bR> <div> <B>I only have an old 2x CD-ROM drive, will that work?  </B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >Yes, the faster your CD-ROM drive, the faster the screen images will load, but any speed drive will work.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>What if your product doesn't meet my needs?  </B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >We offer a 10 day inspection and return period.  If you are unhappy with the product - for any reason - simply return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>What forms of payment do you accept?  </B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >We accept PayPal, checks, and money orders.  Your order w/check or money order can be mailed to PO Box 140565, Boise Idaho, 83714.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?</B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >  We make every effort to ship the next business day after your order arrives.  In the U.S., your order will be shipped via Priority Mail.  International orders will be shipped Air Mail.</FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>What about taxes?</B><FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" >  Idaho residents (only) must pay 6% sales tax on the product purchase price.</FONT></div> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
